How can I set up a free trial?

To start a free trial, add a subscription to the Cart and proceed to Checkout, where the total cost will be converted to 0,00.  Please note that the trial is a one-time offer. Subsequent trial periods will not be honored.

How long does a free trial last?

A free trial with the Market Intelligence lasts depending on the subscription as follows:

  • 10-day for monthly, and 15-day for yearly billing model, or
  • 45-day for monthly, and 60-day for yearly billing model.

 You can cancel at any time during the trial period without any costs.

Can I get a free trial for multiple subscriptions?

Yes, you can start multiple trials at once. Please note that the trial is a one-time offer. Subsequent trial periods will not be honored.

Subscriptions

How do I access my account?

After you complete the check-out process, you'll get an email to activate your account and set your password.
Once you're done, you'll gain access to the requested Market Intelligence content.

How do I update my subscription details (e.g.,plan, address)?

To update your subscription details please log in to Manage my account.

 

To update Profile, Address or Payment method, go to the proper section, edit data and save changes.

 

To manage your subscription (renew, cancel), click on the Manage Subscription blue button placed at the top of the page.

How long does the subscription last?

Subscriptions are automatically renewed. You can cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of the billing period. You can choose between monthly or annual forms of payment.

How can I access the content?

To manage your subscriptions, follow the instructions below:

  1. Log in to the Market Intelligence platform by clicking the login icon in the upper right corner
  2. Go to My Profile, Subscriptions
  3. Near each of your listed subscriptions, you can find the option to manage newsletters received from this subscription

How do I cancel my subscription?

To cancel your subscription, please log in to Manage my account. Then click on the Manage Subscription blue button placed at the top of the page. Find the right subscription on your subscriptions list and select Cancel Subscription.

What is the subscription cancelation period?

You can cancel your subscription at any time, effective at the end of
the billing period.

I want to add a new user to my subscription plan. How will that bebilled?

To add another user, you need to make a new purchase of the subscription.

Payments

What are the billing options for Market Intelligence reports subscriptions?

You can choose between monthly or annual billing.

What types of payments does StoneX Market Intelligence accept?

We accept credit and debit cards.

If you prefer a different payment method, please submit the request to mi@stonex.com. As next steps, we will gather the needed information and send you a contract and provide payment instructions. When we receive your signed contract, activation will take 24 business hours (8-5 PM US CT).

What about payment if I want to cancel my subscription before it ends?

For paid subscriptions that include a free trial, you can cancel at any time during the trial period, and you will not be charged. After the free trial ends or if the subscription does not include a trial depending on the selected payment frequency (monthly or annual) you will be charged until the end of the billing period. No refunds will be provided upon termination; however, the Provider may, at its sole discretion, consider partial refunds for annual subscription fees upon termination.
