Cancellation policy

CANCELLATION

  1. StoneX reserves the right to terminate the contract or restrict the CLIENT’s access at any time, without any type of refund, in the event of unauthorized retransmission of any content included in the Materials to third parties, competition, potential operational risk, security breaches, violation of StoneX’s values or internal policies, breach of any clauses of the current contract, outstanding payments, or legal infractions. Cancellations for reasons not covered in this clause will follow the provisions of item 2 below.
  2. StoneX reserves the right to terminate the contract, for any reason, by notifying the CLIENT at least one (1) month in advance. In the event of cancellation without observing the notice period mentioned above, StoneX will refund the amount of the contract proportionally to the unprovided service period. The provisions of this item do not apply in cases of infraction or breach of the conditions outlined above, which may result in immediate cancellation without prior notice.
  3. If the CLIENT fails to make the payment for the contracted service by the due date, StoneX may suspend the CLIENT’s access to the services, cancel the subscription/purchase order, and consider the outstanding amounts as overdue and subject to credit reporting.
  4. The CLIENT will be notified and given a period of up to 15 days from the due date to resolve the outstanding payment. If payment is not made within this period, StoneX may take appropriate legal measures, including reporting the CLIENT’s name to credit protection agencies such as SPC, Serasa, and other competent entities. A late payment penalty of 2% (two percent) of the outstanding amount will be applied, in addition to interest of 1% (one percent) per month, or fraction thereof, calculated pro rata die from the due date until the effective payment date.
  5. The CLIENT may cancel the report subscription at any time by accessing the client area on the shop.stonex website ("Manage My Account") and following the provided instructions. For monthly report subscriptions, cancellation will result in immediate termination of access and cessation of recurring charges. For annual subscriptions, the CLIENT will retain access until the end of the current billing cycle, with no refund for the unused period.
  6. Course cancellations may be made within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of purchase, with a full refund of the paid amount. After this period, no refund will be issued and the full amount must be paid, regardless of content access or course progress. The CLIENT may cancel the course at any time by accessing the client area on the StoneX website ("Client Area").
