Refund policy
- The CLIENT may cancel the report subscription at any time by accessing the client area on the shop.stonex website ("Manage My Account") and following the provided instructions. For monthly report subscriptions, cancellation will result in immediate termination of access and cessation of recurring charges. For annual subscriptions, the CLIENT will retain access until the end of the current billing cycle, with no refund for the unused period.
- Course cancellations may be made within 7 (seven) calendar days from the date of purchase, with a full refund of the paid amount. After this period, no refund will be issued and the full amount must be paid, regardless of content access or course progress.
